Buongiorno a tutti! Oggi vi scrivo, ma in realtà questo è un saluto.
Manca un giorno (!!!). Domani, 1 agosto, partirò otto giorni per il grande sogno americano... NEW YORK.
Sono in uno stato di felicità, estasi misto ansia (voglia di partire); sin da bambina ho sognato questa città. Avete presente quelle cose che sentiamo, vediamo in tv, attraverso i media, pubblicità: una città, un oggetto, l'attore dei sogni, il calciatore bellissimo, qualsiasi cosa sia, qualsiasi cosa che vediamo e diciamo "no, non è vero, non è possibile". Per me New York è una di queste cose, vista e rivista, alla tv, sui giornali...quel luogo inarrivabile, inrealizzabile, e invece eccomi quà. Da domani potrò dire anche io che quella mela, quel sogno americano, l'ho morso pure io.

They are in a state of happiness, ecstasy mixed anxiety (want to leave), as a child I dreamed of this city. You know those things that we feel, we see on TV, through the media, advertising: a city, an object, the actor of dreams, the player beautiful, whatever it is, whatever we see and say "no, it is not true, is not possible." For me, New York is one of these things, over and over again, on TV, in newspapers ... that place unattainable, inrealizzabile, and yet here I am. From tomorrow I will even say that apple, the American dream, I've bitten me too.
